The planters are made from authentic oak used wine barrels. Size: 37" tall x 26" wide in the middle with a 24" wide opening for the plants. The planter depth is approximately 12" deep supported by a wooden shelf and lined with plastic. Holes are provided in the liner and the bottom of the barrel for drainage. The barrels are sanded and stained with an oil based stain and three coats of an exterior water based polyurethane. The barrel rings are also secured with stainless steel screws to ensure the barrels maintain their shape as the barrel staves may dry out over time. These barrel planters will add character to any home, business or garden.
